I promised to share with you some of the results of our 2015 annual client survey. Here’s what you had to say:

From our Home Delivered clients:

  • 99% say the meals allow them to continue living at home.
  • 91% say the meals help them eat healthier.
  • 96% say that the hot foods are served hot and the cold food is cold.
  • 96% say the meals provide them more variety of food.
  • 33% say their driver is the only person they have regular daily contact with.
  • 50% report that since receiving meals, they worry less about having enough to eat.
  • 96% say their needs are met in a timely manner by the office staff.
  • 98% say they would recommend home delivered meals to their friends.

From our senior dining centers clients:

  • 91% say they eat a better variety of food since attending meal service.
  • 68% say eating at the dining center has benefited their health.
  • 58% report that since participating they worry less about having enough food to eat.
  • 98% say they feel the dining center is warm and inviting.
  • 98% say the staff and volunteers are friendly.
  • 100% say they would recommend meals to their friends
