Brandy Hickey Executive Director
Brandy joined Senior Life Resources NW, Inc in June of 2023 as the Executive Director. Brandy holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Operations from Seattle University and numerous certifications in Crisis Intervention Management and Mental Health. Brandy’s 15 years of experience as a Non-Profit professional provides a unique understanding that will ensure growth in an already thriving organization.

Gary Castillo
Finance Director
Gary has been Finance Director for Senior Life Resources NW Inc. since 2023 after over 20 years in various roles within the hospice industry. He holds degrees in both Accounting and Finance and has worked at the state and regional level in improving access to quality care. He enjoys serving on local non-profit boards to provide important services in our community.

Cherie Noble Home Care Services Program Director
I started my journey with Senior Life Resources NW in 1992 and have since worked my way to being the Program Director of our Home Care Services program since 2015. Senior Life Resources’ guiding principle, “It is not about us: it is about the people we serve” deeply resonates with me and my strong belief in our mission to preserve and enhance the quality of life at home, with dignity and care.

I also have the humble privilege to represent the Home Care industry as the Vice President of the WA State Home Care Coalition where we advocate for strategies to advance and sustain home care services that maintain or improve the quality of life for our clients.

Mayra Gonzalez Human Resources Director
Mayra has been a Director at Senior Life Resources NW Inc. since 2015, bringing expertise from over 10 years in corporate banking. She holds a Master’s degree in Servant Leadership and Management, earned from Gonzaga University in 2016, reflecting her commitment to values-driven leadership and fostering collaboration.

Mayra is a certified HR professional, holding various certifications in areas such as workplace investigations, safety and awareness, and employee relations. These credentials enhance her ability to develop strategic solutions, maintain compliance, and support a positive workplace culture. Her leadership has been instrumental in implementing innovative programs that improve service delivery and strengthen team engagement.
Beyond her professional achievements, Mayra is actively involved in her community. She has volunteered with the Sunnyside Chamber of Commerce and the Sunnyside School District and enjoys spending her free time with her family, often volunteering at her children's school

Brian Kinner Meals on Wheels Director
Since joining Senior Life Resources in 2016 as the Food Services Manager for the Mid-Columbia Meals on Wheels program, Brian Kinner has been a vital contributor to advancing the program’s mission. He played a key role in establishing and running the organization’s first-ever Central Kitchen, ensuring meals are carefully prepared and delivered to those in need.

In 2023, Brian expanded his leadership role as Deputy Director, furthering his influence and contributions. Now, as the Director of Mid-Columbia Meals on Wheels since January 2025, Brian continues to lead with compassion and dedication, upholding the program’s mission to serve the community with dignity and care.
