Salary Range: $23.02 – $33.50 per hour (DOE)

Position Summary:
Senior Life Resources is seeking a Program Operations Manager for our Meals on Wheels program. This role involves overseeing the operations of 8 senior dining centers, recruiting and supervising staff, and ensuring smooth daily operations. You will play a key role in supporting meal delivery to seniors and maintaining program success.
Essential Functions:
- Recruit, train, and supervise Site Staff across multiple locations.
- Ensure staff certifications, background checks, and training are current.
- Lead staff meetings and provide ongoing supervision and support.
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and safe meal delivery.
- Collaborate with other Meals on Wheels team members to ensure program effectiveness.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including cross-training in other roles.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment and manage shifting priorities.
- Previous management or leadership experience is preferred.
- Experience in food services is a plus.
- Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality.
Working Conditions:
- Requires physical effort, including prolonged sitting, driving, and standing for long periods.
- Occasional lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds.
- Travel between sites located in Benton and Franklin Counties.
Contingency of Employment:
- Acceptable background check and driving record.
- Valid Washington State Driver’s License and access to a personal vehicle with insurance.
- Ability to obtain a Washington State Food Worker Card.
