It’s that time of year again. Each year in August we send out our annual survey to all those who participate in either our Dining Center meals or receive their meals delivered to their homes. It’s your opportunity to tell us how we are doing and what the meal service means to you. The information we receive from you helps us plan for the future. We also use what you tell us in grant applications and in reports we’re required to complete.
When the survey comes to you, either at the dining center or at your home, please take a few minutes to fill it out. We promise to keep it short and easy to complete. Just tell what you think and how we are doing. You may mail it back to us, turn it in at the dining center, or give it to the driver who brings your meals.
Thank you very much for helping with this important project. Each year I look forward to your comments. I will be sharing some of the results in the newsletter in a couple months after we compile all the results.
