Wendy Krause, Vice President

Wendy serves as a program manager at Kadlec Tri-Cities Cancer Center and has a strong background in geriatric care management, aging, and rehabilitation.

Horst Rogalsky, Member

Horst, 42 year career in Nuclear Power plant Construction, Commercial Building Construction and Food Processing. Background in Engineering, Project Management, Operations and Business Development, both domestically and internationally. Driver, when needed in Benton City and other routes.

Reza Kaleel, Member

Chief Executive for Kadlec since January 2019, after joining the Kadlec team in 2016 as Chief Administrative Officer. Reza has worked in healthcare administration since 1997, beginning his career in strategic planning and finance. He enjoys the challenge of bringing diverse groups of talented and committed people together to solve important challenges and feels that working in health care is a lifelong career calling. In his free time, Reza enjoys spending time outdoors, playing the guitar, and amateur songwriting.

Candi Looney, Member

Candi is the Commercialization Manager for Lamb Weston and has held many roles in Operations, Manufacturing and Product Development. She has been with Lamb Weston for 25 years and is active in giving back to the community. In Candi’s spare time she can be found supporting her girls in 4-H and enjoys spending time with family and gardening.

Jeff Maddison , Secretary-Treasurer

Jeff has been the Executive Director of Goodwill Industries of the Columbia since 2021. He joined Goodwill Industries in 2015 as the director of operations, after working for Lamb Weston as the project leader of business operations.

Cameron Fancher , Member

Cameron is a Detective with the Richland Police Department. Prior to his career in Law Enforcement, he worked for Lamb Weston in both Ag. services and operations.

Tory Christensen

Tory has been serving the Tri-Cities community professionally since 1996 when he returned to the Tri-Cities after obtaining a degree from Western Washington University in Psychology and Industrial/Organizational Psychology. At that time he became the Key Area Coordinator for the Washington Reading Corps within AmeriCorps. Tory continued his career at Columbia Industries, Educational Service District 123, the Kennewick School District, and finally the Richland School District.

Over the years, Tory served ten years as a School Counselor, five years as an Assistant Principal, and six years as the Lead Principal at Hanford High School. He now continues his work in the Richland School District as the Assistant Superintendent over Secondary Education. Tory is also an accomplished singer/song writer/performer who has used his music to teach children good habits and social skills. Additionally, he has also spent several years as a local sports announcer and even had a gig as a radio talk show host.

Jane Thomas, Meals on Wheels Liaison

Jane has been a Meals on Wheels home-delivery driver based out of Benton City since 2014. She has also served on the Meals on Wheels Advisory Council since 2019. She also volunteers in the administration office, assisting with data entry and other routine office chores. Jane serves as the Mid-Columbia Meals on Wheels Advisory Council Liaison for the Senior Life Resources Board of Directors.

Annette Ziari, Member

Annette and her husband Fred founded Farmers Ending Hunger in Oregon in 2004. The program works with farmers, food processors and the Oregon Food Bank to provide mainly fresh food, with some processed to be shelf stable to feed the hungry with the highest quality food possible. The program has donated millions of pounds of fresh food to the Oregon Food Bank since Annette and Fred started it. Annette has a wealth of experience in banking. She has a passion for helping seniors. Her focus is on fundraising and events, to ensure our Meals on Wheels program can be sustained and enhanced.

Joan Kessner, Member

Retired from her work at Hanford as an engineer managing analytical services contracts in 2016. Joan has been a very active participant with community service organizations. She was an active leader of Girl Scouts for 35 years, a board member for Southeast Washington Junior Achievement for 17 years, and in the past 7 years has volunteered with the Mid-Columbia STEM Network. Joan has been a very active volunteer with Mid-Columbia Meals on Wheels for many years, with too many accomplishments to list here. In 2021 she, along with her mother Mary Kessner, was awarded the first ever Catalyst Award by the Board of Directors for Senior Life Resources NW. for their incredible support of Meals on Wheels.
